Crew Leader Position:
The Crew Leader is a leadership position that requires 3+ years of landscaping experience and 1+ years of experience leading a landscape team. This role will communicate with the Production Supervisor on a daily basis on all of the day-to-day
production. The Crew Leader is responsible for maintaining crew safety, work quality and efficiency on a daily basis. This position will primarily support the maintenance division but will also support other Artistree divisions as needed.
Responsibilities:
Must be a motivated leader and bring a good attitude to work every day
Demonstrates and ensure teams demonstrate Artistree’s core values
Must possess high attention to detail
Supervising all lawn maintenance service activities of the crew
Ensure that all crew members have the required safety material, that the crew members have the training and tools needed to complete
the job and that the crew members are always operating safely
Demonstrate proper use, maintenance and cleanliness of equipment
Demonstrate ability to coach and train team members in a positive and constructive manner
Managing daily expenses and coordinate with management and office personnel
Daily communication with production management, customers and other Artistree divisions as needed.
Knowledge of proper utilization of landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed
Provide additional labor support to other divisions as deemed necessary to company operations
Safely driving crews to and from jobs and adhering to Company's Safety Policy
Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
