Looking for Lead Painters and Master Painters with the following skills:

· Verifiable experience running 2-5+ people in a painting environment

· Commercial or residential experience

· Strong knowledge of spraying, rolling and brush work

· Strong understanding of technology including iPad, tablets, smart phones

· Ability to read and understand work orders

· Ability to follow Crew Leads direction

Advantageous to have the following

· Stain experience

· Knowledge of safety standards

· Boom and scissor lift experience/certification

· OSHA 10-30

· Strong knowledge of painting equipment and maintenance (pumps, sprayers, etc)
