Landscape Maintenance/Driver/Laborer

Are you passionate about the outdoors and have experience in landscaping? We are looking for a reliable and skilled Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain beautiful desert landscapes.

Position: Landscape Maintenance Technician

Location: Las Vegas Area

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance of desert landscapes, including plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscape features.

Weed, trim, and prune desert plants, cacti, shrubs, and trees as needed.

Monitor irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage, making adjustments as needed.

Identify and remove dead or unhealthy plants, ensuring proper replacement with desert-friendly species.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Provide recommendations for improving landscape health and sustainability.

Work in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Previous experience in landscaping or maintenance, with a focus on desert landscaping a plus.

Knowledge of desert plant species and their care needs.

Familiarity with irrigation systems and water conservation techniques.

Ability to work outdoors in a desert environment, with exposure to high temperatures.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.

Valid driver's license.
