Digital Marketing Account Manager/Assistant
Compensation: Hourly + Performance Incentives

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Account Manager to join our team and help manage client relationships, oversee campaign performance, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our internal team. If you have experience in digital marketing, a knack for client success, and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met
Oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, paid social, etc.), working with our internal team to drive success
Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients
Coordinate client requests and communicate key updates internally
Experience with ClickUp is a big plus
Identify upsell opportunities and recommend optimizations to improve ROI
Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and keeping projects on track
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing
Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and analytics platforms (GA4 experience a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
Experience with ClickUp, Slack, or other project management tools is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
