Part-time maintenance coordinator

We are looking for a part-time maintenance coordinator for 3 restaurants in the Clifton Park/Malta area. Looking for someone with some handy-man experience. Job duties would include scheduling routine maintenance, keeping precise logs of repairs and maintenance, fixing company equipment. Must have reliable transportation.
