Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, customer-oriented individual to join our restaurant team as a Server/Server. As part of our front of house staff, you will provide our guests with an outstanding dining experience, ensuring high quality service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, provide menus and present daily specials.

Accurately take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure tables are clean and tidy before and after each guest's meal.

Handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a friendly manner.

Process payments and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.

Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to maintain efficiency.

Comply with all health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in servership or hospitality industry preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive professional attitude.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Must be 18+ (21+ if alcohol is served).
