ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER NEEDED

We are looking for a motivated and money driven individual for our Plano sales office.

Sales /Merchant services experience is highly encouraged but not required.

Experience in a Call Center Environment is a plus.

As an Asst. Sales manager you will be taking inbound calls, building rapport with customers and finalizing sales as well as working closely with the General Manager of the office.

REQUIRMENTS:

Must be able to work well with others, be comfortable giving and receiving directives and be a positive part of our team.

Experience using Outlook, Adobe and a basic phone system.

Motivated to excel and be committed to a company and our overall success

Team Player, Needs to lead by example and help in managing a small team of telemarketers.

Pay starts at $18 an hour and is eligible for review after 90 working days.

Commission eligible based off production. (I.E.: $1000 worth of sales in a single week is eligible to earn $1 for $1 on those sales, anything over $1000 in a single week is eligible for $1.25 per $1 of sales.) This does not include your hourly base pay.

Our office is in downtown Plano with easy freeway access. Plenty of amenities on site including a cafeteria, shopping & more.
