We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our team to success.
Job Description:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, productively, and efficiently. This role requires a hands-on leader who is dedicated, organized, and committed to fostering a positive work environment where team members are motivated and enjoy coming to work.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and team leadership while ensuring high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet daily goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
o Create schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued and supported.
Warehouse Operations:
o Oversee daily warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping.
o Ensure accurate inventory management, proper stock rotation, and timely replenishment.
o Monitor and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Process Optimization:
o Identify and implement improvements to streamline warehouse operations and increase efficiency.
o Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
Safety and Compliance:
o Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
o Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Communication:
o Provide daily and weekly performance reports to management.
o Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory levels, promotions, and customer service needs.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
o Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
o Proficiency in inventory management and warehouse systems.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
