Looking for a Criminal Defense Spanish Speaking Paralegal

Compensation: $18 - $28

- The compensation depends on your experience and what you are looking for.

- Employment type: Part Time - Full Time

- You will first start with a 6hr a day shift and we can then transition you to full time at a later time.

We are an up and coming, Spanish speaking, criminal defense law firm.

We are located in Diamond Bar, CA

99% of our business is remote.

This means that clients need to trust you and you will not connect with them if you do not have people skills and a caring personality.

What I require is this:

- You must know Spanish

- I need you to be bilingual in English and Spanish, 90% of our clients are Spanish Speakers

- Must be able to outbound 50 - 100 calls a day.

- Must be a good multitasker, you need to know how to juggle different tasks at once

- Must have basic computer skills

- Good attitude, this job, in my opinion, is fun and you feel accomplished but will get stressful. You must have a strong attitude if you want to do good here.

- You might have to work Saturdays or Sundays upon request, this is only if it is necessary

- Must have the ability to want to learn, there is so much to teach you but you need to be receptive to learn new information.

- Must be comfortable being on the phone.

Experience:

Some of the best people I've ever worked with didn't come with experience. They came with an attitude of wanting to work and learn. They were motivated to do great. They were not scared of being in a stressful environment.

Remote Work:

This job will require you to work from home 80% of the time.

You need to have a quiet space to work out of without distractions.

If it's too noisy in your household then this will not work out for us because you will speak with potential clients and I cannot have them feeling that you work from home. Some of our clients are very skeptical and I want them to feel comfortable.
