Esthetician

Growing dynamic Med spat that includes weight loss services, hormone balancing and aesthetic procedures is looking for an energetic, friendly, well-spoken, Esthetician 3 to 4 days a week including 2 Saturdays a month. Must be able to comfortably and effectively speak with patients about our programs such as weight loss as well as esthetic services.

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will be integral to providing high-quality skincare and beauty treatments in a med spa environment. Reporting to the Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service, sanitation, and cosmetology to ensure client satisfaction. Your premium skills in management and social media will enhance the spa's visibility and client engagement.

Experience in a Med-Spa or weight loss environment is a plus but not required.

Will train Morpheus 8, Botox, dermal filler and other medical aesthetic procedures with a 1-year commitment.

Qualifications

● Active Colorado Esthetician License is a MUST

● Dermaplaning Certification

● Microneedling

● Peels Certification

● Microderm

● HydraFacial

● BONUS: Injections and Phlebotomy

● Willingness to undergo a background check.

● Reliably commute to work location

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective guest interactions.

● Strong background in skincare and sales

● Knowledge of beauty treatments and/or strong willingness to learn.

● Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.

● Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.

Compensation includes a very competitive base pay and commission on services and product sales. We also offer benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
