Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred, but we welcome individuals currently working in the cleaning industry who are seeking additional opportunities. Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
Equipment and Supplies: Must provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies (e.g., vacuum, cleaning materials, cleansers).
Insurance: Must have liability insurance. If you do not have insurance, we can recommend external providers offering affordable rates (not affiliated with Berose Clean).
Technology: Must have a cell phone with internet access for communication and scheduling.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
References: Must provide verifiable references and eligible to work in the U.S.
Attitude: Must have a positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces.
