Prep Cook at Jersey City Pizzeria

Pompei Pizza on West Side Ave in Jersey City is looking for a responsible and fast-paced prep cook who can prepare all items for the Pizza station, wash dishes and help all team members as needed.

The ideal candidate has the following:

-at least 2 years of experience working in professional kitchens prepping at a fast pace

-able to follow recipes in grams and pounds

-comprehend directions and follow instructions closely

-the willingness to receive feedback, learn and grow with the team

-a sense of urgency, knack for cleanliness and anticipation of next steps
