Field Collections Agent

$20/hr, must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

- The Collector/Field Caller is accountable for ensuring customer goals of establishing or re-establishing credit are met through timely payments

- Field Calls to the debtor's residence for the purpose of gaining communication, identifying assets and determining or verifying the whereabouts of the customer or assets.

- Communicate directly with our customers; listen to and access facts; seek

information not freely given

- Understand and follow established company policies and procedures to collections and overall finance operations

What you need for this position:

Reliable Transportation

Preferred 1 year collections experience.
