EXPIRIENCED TOW TRUCK OPERATOR AND ROADSIDE ASSISTANT NEEDED

Job Summary 
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient towing services to customers in need, ensuring the safe transport of vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.

Duties

Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and manual transmission vehicles, to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles.

Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.

Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery as needed.

Communicate clearly with customers to assess their needs and provide updates on service status.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and any relevant vehicle information.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure they are in safe working condition.

Manage conflicts professionally when dealing with distressed customers or challenging situations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills are highly desirable.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently.

Experience with load unloading procedures for various types of vehicles.

Strong conflict management skills to handle customer concerns professionally.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
