Lead - Account Manager
We're looking for an experienced Lead Account Manager to take care of existing Freshworks customers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform while identifying new opportunities for growth. If you enjoy building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and finding ways to help them succeed, this role is for you.This is not just about maintaining accounts—it’s about growing them. This role sits in our Expansion Team so you’ll have two roles : helping customers expand their use of the Freshworks software they have already purchased and uncovering opportunities in other parts of their business for other Freshworks solutions. This role requires someone who can balance nurturing relationships, alongside local Customer Success Managers, and independently sell within existing accounts.This isn’t just another account management role; it’s a chance to be part of a company that’s winning customers every day and giving its team real opportunities to enjoy the best days of their career.
 What You’ll Do:Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring they see value in our solutions and continue to grow with us.Identify opportunities to expand usage within current teams and sell into new business units.Have meaningful conversations with decision-makers at all levels, from frontline users to senior executives.Work closely with internal teams—customer success, implementation, billing, and support—to give customers a great experience.Own your sales pipeline and meet (or beat!) your targets.Use data and insights to understand customer needs and tailor your approach.
