Office & Showroom Administrator
Looking for a responsible and friendly team member.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and consulting on tiles & plumbing fixtures. Processing orders, handling cash register and inventory. Communicating with customers via phone / email / messenger. Keeping the office & showroom organized.
Skills Required:
Customer Service & Communication – Ability to greet and assist clients professionally, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
Sales & Product Knowledge – Basic understanding of tiles and plumbing fixtures (or willingness to learn quickly).
Organization & Multitasking – Ability to manage orders, track inventory, and maintain an organized workspace.
Computer Skills – Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email.
Attention to Detail – Accuracy in processing orders, payments, and maintaining records.
Teamwork & Reliability – Ability to work well with colleagues and take responsibility for tasks.
Bilingual – English fluency is required; knowledge of an additional language (Hebrew, Spanish, Russian)
