Full Time General Manager for East Village Bar

This is a typical Bar Management job (if you have been a bar manager , you know)

Please do not apply if you have never been a Bar Manager before.

Very experienced Bartenders with some management experience are encouraged to apply, as well.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

-ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and staff ,during your shift

- handling money

-oversee security on weekend nights (keep bar at safe capacity, identifying potential issues before they become issues)

-perform weekly liquor room inventory

-create reports to ownership at the end of each night re sales, and nightly shift report

-be point person to address issues with guests when need be

-keep POS menu up to date

-trouble shoot POS issues with tech support , when they present themselves during shift

-onboard new employees

-supervise bar staff, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency, that sidework is being performed correctly, and quality drinks are being created/poured

-lock up bar at end of night
