Will do the best we can to work around any scheduled appointments or other time needed off.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass drug test

Must be able to pass background check

Valid TX Driver's License

Type at least 30 words per minute.

Good computer skills w/Microsoft Office & the internet.

Excellent telephone skills

Work quickly & accurately

Self-motivated

Ability to multi-task

Must be able to work independently on projects & report end results.

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, Every other Saturday 8am - 12pm with Wednesday off when you work Saturdays.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering phones

Scheduling appointments & dispatching technicians

Distributing parts to technicians

Processing & entering invoices

Scanning & Filing
