Construction Maintenance Coordinator

Oversee and track daily work orders, there progress and completion

Quality control of work performed by techs

Insure the efficient operations of the Field Staff through office support

Purchasing for job as necessary

Coordinate with sub-contractors a needed

Interact with the customer to maintain a continued working relationship

Insure all the paperwork is in order, as per the contract and interact with accounting for invoicing

This requires someone with the ability to multitask in a busy office setting and maintain professionalism at ALL times

MUST HAVE Experience in the construction industry and/or service maintenance NECESSARY

Knowledge of Construction procedures and terminology.

Computer knowledge a must:

Ability to navigate the internet.

Pay DOE - Shared Medical/Dental/vision $70,000 - $90,000 + Benefits /yr
