Job Description

This is a full-time remote night-shift position for a Flight Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating aircraft logistics and ensuring excellent customer service for our clients.

This position will also be responsible for effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth flight operations. This role requires extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a high stress and fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong computer proficiency & ability to read, write and speak English

Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Highly Desirable (but not required)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Knowledgeable of applicable FAA 91 & 135 regulations

FAA Dispatcher License and/or FAA Pilots license

International aviation operations experience

Job duties for this role will include other duties may be assigned as required by management.
