Duties: Assist clients with obtaining mortgage loans through arranging financing with wholesale mortgage lenders. Demonstrate a high degree of competency as it relates to mortgage lending guidelines and local Real Estate markets. Provide superior customer service while complying with all federal, state and local regulations.

Experience: Must have an NMLS license and at least two years of residential lending experience. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, account executives and escrow. No training provided

This role has no mandatory meetings, no set hours and no minimum production requirements. We are approved with all the top lenders, we will add your preferred lender if not already on our approved list.
