Construction Receptionist
Job description
General Contractor needs highly detailed front office personnel to oversee front desk at the corporate office in Yorba Linda. You are the first contact with anyone that walks in our doors. This is a full-time position that will require a problem-solving and critical thinking skills and long with research. We are looking for the right person to start right away. This is just not a front office person you will be doing multiple task as needed. Not your average filing and answering phones position.
Responsibilities:
Team Player while working independently
Self Starter
Filing
Answer Phones and directing calls to the correct person, or taking messages
Office Housekeeping
Purchasing office supplies, and project supplies and equipment
Print plans
Upload plans on online portal
Organize bid proposals from subcontractors
Keep organized records of deliveries and overall inventory
Maintain office equipment
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
Represent the company in a positive light
Skills
Organized, detail oriented.
Exceptional phone/email etiquette
Able to move 50+ pounds of equipment if necessary
Computer/Tech savvy (Microsoft Office, Zoom, building connected)
Position is 8:00am-4:30pm in-person at Yorba Linda office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
