Artificial Turf Installer/Crew Member

We are in need of an Artificial Turf Installer who is passionate about transforming outdoor spaces in both residential and commercial projects. Job Summary:

This position involves outdoor labor, a passion for delivering a high quality install and an understanding of meeting our customers' needs. Must be able to work as a team, have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of job sites, including excavation, grading, compacting, and base installation.

Measure, cut, and seam artificial turf with care and accuracy.

Secure and install turf using adhesives, pneumatic staples and nails.

Operate tools and equipment such as compactors, turf cutters, and power tools.

Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite, following all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Experience in landscaping, or artificial turf installation is a plus but not required. WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and take direction from the Foreman and or Crew Lead

SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE $18-$24 per hour.
