Household & Estate Manager (Full-Time)

A busy family is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Household & Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of their three properties. The ideal candidate is independent, reliable, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to establish systems, manage household logistics, and anticipate needs. Privacy is a priority, so this role requires someone who can maintain professionalism while ensuring the household runs smoothly.

Position: Household & Estate Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Milton, GA (with periodic travel to Big Canoe, GA)

Compensation: $50K+ salary based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday (4 days/week) + Sunday afternoons for weekly reset (some weekend flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities

- Household Organization & Maintenance – Oversee organization, maintain general tidiness, and reset rooms as needed.

- Laundry & Closet Management – Wash, fold, and organize clothing, towels, and linens.

- Inventory & Restocking – Manage household essentials, groceries, and kitchen supplies.

- Meal Prep – Prepare healthy, simple meals based on family preferences.

- Vendor & Contractor Coordination – Schedule and oversee household service providers and maintenance.

- Property Oversight – Regularly check on all properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked.

- Pet Care – Coordinate vet visits, groomer appointments, and general care for two dogs.

- Errands & Household Assistance – Handle grocery pickups, package management, and various household-related tasks.

- Vehicle Management – Oversee cleaning, fueling, and maintenance of three vehicles.

- Guest & Travel Preparation – Ensure properties are stocked, organized, and ready for guest stays and family travel.

Who You Are

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

- Experienced in household management, estate oversight, or personal assisting.

- Professional and discreet, with strong communication skills.

- Comfortable working independently and creating efficient systems.

- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., water jugs, household supplies).

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to evolving household needs.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar role.

- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and properties.

- Reliable personal transportation.

- Non-smoker.

- Able to pass a background check.

Start Date: ASAP
