Female Maintenance Tech help needed

40 plus hours per week. $15.00 per hour. Monday-Friday First Shift. Female required

MUST PASS STATE BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE TRANSPORTATION (WE ARE NOT ON THE BUS LINE)

Keep interior and exterior property clean and orderly

Carry heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls, washing glass, removing rubbish, maintaining furniture, cleaning fixtures.

Attend to the preschool needs during school hours

Maintain sidewalks and entryways

Moves and dust furniture and fixtures

Monitor building security and safety

Lock doors after hours

Maintain restrooms

Gather and dispose of trash

Set up table and chairs for events. Must be able to lift 50lbs

Maintain floors and carpets

Use prescribed solutions to clean ceilings, walls, blinds, windows.

Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners, power equipment.

Follow specs when preparing cleaning solutions

Requisition and distribute cleaning supplies

Comply with all regulations and corporate custodial guidelines

Clean and perform preventative maintenance on custodial equipment

Replace light bulbs

Perform ground related duties

Adhere to all environmental, safety and health regulations

Use hand and power tools such as wrenches, dollies, floor polishers, hammers, ladders, vacuum cleaners, mops, floor strippers.

Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
