Help Wanted - Home Remodeling

I am looking for a quality guy to me help me with a few projects at various homes in the south and west suburbs. We are going to be remodeling a commercial office, renovating a few bathrooms and installing flooring and other projects. These include: Framing, painting, hanging drywall, mudding & taping, installing base trim, door casing, installing shower doors, install kitchen cabinets, installing tile and other. I have consistent work to keep us busy every day M-F for months.

We work in the suburbs such as: Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, Naperville, Lockport, Plainfield, Joliet, Aurora, Orland Park and other nearby areas.

MUST have:

Your own basic tools. (screw gun, hammer, caulk gun, saw, tape measure, etc

Experience is helpful but attitude is key along with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Good transportation

MUST be reliable and timely

Start immediately

Payday is by check at the end of each week. I can pay you $30 per hour to start and bonuses may be available. This is an Independent Contractor position - 1099 taxes.
