Alterations/Bridal Shop Manager

Looking for an alterations/bridal manager of a small and busy alterations shop. The current manager will be leaving later this year, so we are looking for someone to train throughout the spring/summer season to take over as manager in the Fall. This would be a full time position from the beginning. We are a very small business so looking for someone to make a serious job change, not a casual interest. You would be the manager of 4-6 sewists.

Schedule:

Must work 40 hours a week

Must be available to work Saturdays - non-negotiable.

70+ appointments a week, in which you will cover around 85% of them.

Output of around 200+ items a week including 15-20 bridal gowns a week.

Must Haves-

Position can be salary or hourly. Salary will depend on experience level. Replies without a resume will not be considered. You do not need sewing experience for this position, however, aptitude for understanding construction and measuring is necessary.
