Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will interact with ice cream stores seeking to order parts or schedule service for their ice cream equipment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our service team and coordinating Free Ice Cream Seminars with both the Service Team and customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls
Handle invoicing for service and parts orders
Process payments
Arrange shipments
Process parts orders and service calls
Coordinate with the service team and colleagues
Manage any incoming duties
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Word, etc.
A "can-do" attitude
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
