Immigration Legal Writer

Looking for a contract-based Immigration Legal Writer to assist the Immigration Attorney in preparing the EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, E-2, and other immigration petitions based on the documents and information provided by clients.

This is a fully remote position.

Experience in preparation of the above-named and other immigration petitions is required. Experience preparing briefs and motions to the Immigration Court is preferred.
