Junior Associate Director, Compliance
Review and assess screening alerts in the payment system to determine appropriate resolution actions.Ensure alerts are handled in compliance with service level agreement, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Document resolution decisions and escalate complex cases as necessary.Generate and analyze KPIs related to alert processing efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare regular reports on alert resolution trends, team performance, and compliance risks.Manage, train, and mentor a team of 2-4 direct reports, fostering a high-performance environment.Develop and refine internal procedures to enhance the efficiency of screening alert management.Collaborate with stakeholders, including compliance, risk management, and operations teams, to improve alert-handling processes.Participate in audits, reviews, and regulatory inquiries as required.Hours of work are 12:30pm to 9:00pm
