We’re looking for an Experienced Chef to help lead our team at a dynamic, seasonal Latin-inspired restaurant!

-What You’ll Do:

-Work with the head chef to help lead and inspire a team of kitchen professionals

-Delegate tasks efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen operations

-Develop innovative, seasonal menu items with bold Latin flavors

-Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control

-Maintain high-quality standards and a clean, organized kitchen

What We’re Looking For:

️ Proven experience as a head chef or sous chef in a high-volume restaurant

️ Strong leadership and team management skills

️ Creativity and passion for Latin cuisine

️ Expertise in menu planning, costing, and kitchen operations

️ Ability to thrive in a seasonal, high-energy atmosphere

Location: SUNRIVER, OR

Seasonal Position: ASAP-NOVEMBER
