Hotel Front Desk Clerk

The SureStay Hotel by Best Western is accepting resumes for an open Front Desk position. We are primarily looking swing shift coverage. Proposed days would be Wednesday to Sunday from 3-11pm.

Responsibilities include: checking in and out guests, taking phone reservations, recording transactions via our property management system, providing great customer service to our guests, and communicating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.

Must have a positive professional presence, be able to work weekends and holidays and be dependable and reliable. Prior hotel front desk experience preferred.
