Full-Time Bankruptcy Attorney – Hybrid or Remote Opportunity

While prior bankruptcy experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and committed to providing exceptional client service.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience

Hybrid & Remote Options:

Pinellas County Residents: Work in-office 2 days per week, remote 3 days

Out-of-County Residents: May be eligible for fully remote work

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases

Attend 341 meetings, motion hearings, and court proceedings

Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients navigating financial difficulties

Review and approve bankruptcy petitions and related filings

Collaborate with legal staff to ensure smooth case management

Ideal Candidate:

Licensed Florida Attorney in good standing

Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Compassionate and client-focused approach
