Eggwhites Special Event Catering seeks sharp Office Manager/Executive Assistant.
Dynamic, fast paced, exciting environment.
Prestige clients and top tier events!
Candidate will work in office scheduling staff, answering phones, administrative tasks, assisting owner and catering managers with day-to-day tasks.
Must have exceptional phone, organizational and computer skills.
Hospitality background required.
Bi-lingual in Spanish required.
Schedule: 20-30 hours per week.
Monday-Friday with scheduling flexibility (occasional weekend event work)
