Dayshift Pastry Cook
Wholesale pastry kitchen looking for a few more team members for our dayshift. The shift starts at 7am and runs to about 3pm. We make everything from scratch from standardized recipes. Duties include scaling and mixing: muffin batters, scones, danish fillings, doughs, toppings and glazes. Table work: hand shaping the dough pieces. Light cleanup to get the kitchen ready for the night shift who takes all of the raw product that we've made and proofs/bakes/finishes it to fill the nightly orders.
We're strictly wholesale, so there is no customer service on site. We are a production kitchen that delivers to hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and caterers.
