Sales Super Star appointment setter: Base salary + up $1500 per Deal

We are looking to hire only superstars' sales executives.

If you are average performer probably not a good idea to apply to this job.

You don't need a real estate license for this, but if you have a license that is ok.

Job Description:

We are a real estate investment firm looking for property finders that can use the phone on daily basis to generate leads.

Every day you will use the phone to make calls to a list of homeowners. List provided or you can get your own.

Typical day at our firm, work remotely.

Make calls from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

60 Minutes lunch break

60 minutes data clean up and updating CRM.

Make calls from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

This job is remote, but you will login into our software and stay updated.

Using our software, we expect you to make the following

600 calls made and dialed.

60 Contacts made and script delivered

5-8 leads generated

and at least 1 appointment made.

First week will be tough but you will get used to it

Base pay of $2000/Month

Also you will get

$500/closing on an any inbound lead that we gave you.

$1000/closing on an outbound lead that you generated.

$1500 Bonus on any deals over $50k in profits.

$500 Quarterly bonus for consistent and persistence performance

Other Roles and Responsibilities.

Manage leads using our company CRM and Google sheet.

Make calls on daily basis to new owners as well as follow up on old one.

Generate the leads and hand it off to disposition team.

Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects persistently.

Must be super motivated to locate deals and bring in outside business.

Must be a team player and get along with other staff in the firm to close deals.
