TSG Independent Property Management, Inc is a property management firm located in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Since 1987, we have provided exceptional management services to our HOA partners throughout Orange County

Summary: Account Executive is responsible for overseeing their personal portfolio of communities with a mix of planned unit developments and condos/townhomes. The Community Manager will have contact with Board of Directors, Homeowners, and vendors serving the community. There is also an opportunity for onsite management full or part time.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Meet with all HOA’s per their set schedule (usually via Zoom) and provide professional management to each HOA

Willingness to be a team player within the office and to assist when needed.Manage all operations for a portfolio of community associations.

Working extensively with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners

Strong Knowledge of industry trends.

Assist in creating budgets and oversee financials.

Any additional job duties as required by TSG Representative.

Qualification Requirements:

CAI or CACM designation preferred

Must have a valid California Driver’s License

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities

4 plus years of experience in customer service.

Demonstrate effective oral and written communication and listening skills.

Exhibit professionalism and calm demeanor.

Demonstrated problem solving abilities.

Comprehensive industry knowledge.

Substantial office presence.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Education and/or Experience:

1-2 years working in a HOA Management status.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

High School Diploma required.
