I am a global real estate investor and entrepreneur looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal/Executive Assistant to help manage my day-to-day life, travel, and logistics. This is a dynamic, flexible role that includes both personal and light business tasks, allowing me to focus on high-level business activities.

Responsibilities:
Manage personal schedule, appointments, and calendar organization
Book and coordinate luxury travel (flights, hotels, car services, private bookings)
Handle errands, shopping, reservations, and event planning
Oversee household vendors, maintenance, and property logistics
Coordinate networking events, private dinners, and investor meetups
Filter emails, calls, and meeting requests
Light real estate and investment-related assistance (scheduling, document organization, property updates)
Ensure all aspects of daily life run smoothly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Experience working with entrepreneurs, investors, or high-net-worth individuals
Knowledge of luxury travel planning, event coordination, or hospitality
Background in real estate or finance is a plus but not required
