Hiring Servers & Bussers - TOP PAY ($100+ per night)

Servers & Bussers needed for "THE BEST NEW RESTAURANT IN BOCA RATON"

Join our quickly growing team at Medi Terra, a vibrant a chef-driven dining destination featuring cuisine from around the Western Mediterranean. Just named "Best new restaurant in Boca Raton" by Boca Magazine.

Position pays the standard $10/ hour + tips ($100-$200 per dinner shift). Part-time &; full-time availability welcomed.

3 - 6 shifts available per week. 4:00pm - 10:30pm

Previous full-service restaurant experience is a must. Fine-dining experience is a plus!

Specific Task and Duties include but not limited to:

Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section

Taking customers’ food and drink orders

Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders

Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock

Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly

Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant

Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events

Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations

Physical Requirements:

- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking
