MAINTENANCE/ JANITORIAL

We are hiring personnel to perform a variety of tasks to include painting, raking, trash removal, cleaning, and minor repairs commonly associated with the upkeep of the buildings. Responsibilities include working with the Property Manager and other staff to ensure that the grounds and facilities are clean and excellently maintained. The ability to paint as well as good mechanical skills (handyman)and knowledge are necessary for this position. Estamos buscando personal de mantenimiento que realizara una variedad de tareas que incluyen pintar, rastrillar, retirar basura, limpiar y realizar reparaciones menores comúnmente asociadas con el mantenimiento de los edificios.
