Seeking a skilled Line Cook with deli experience for an Italian deli in Boca. Must be fast, organized, and experienced in short-order cooking, sandwich and salad prep, and handling deli meats and cheeses.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Italian meals including sandwiches, and salads.

Slice, portion, and assemble deli meats, cheeses, and fresh ingredients.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced café and deli environment with high order volume.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow strict food safety guidelines.

Assist with stocking, prep, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
