Marine Service Manager

Tight Lines Marine is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team.

You are a fit if you have the following experience:

Responsible for creating estimates and invoices and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner

Must have experience in ordering marine parts and scheduling

Oversees all employees and subcontractors ensuring the service schedule for each job is created and maintained as needed throughout the process

Leads a positive and ethical work environment that attracts, motivates and contributes to retaining high performing team members

Effectively executes successful service processes, to ensure the customer has an excellent service experience

Analyzes operations and finds ways to increase efficiency and profitability of the service dept.

Maintains a clean, safe and environmentally friendly service operation

Bi-Lingual Spanish a huge plus
