As a Living Benefits Specialist, you will help individuals, families, and business owners understand how life insurance with living benefits can protect their financial future. You will assess client needs, recommend suitable policies, and guide them through the application process. Your role involves networking, educating prospects, and building lasting relationships to ensure clients have financial security during unexpected health crises.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate clients on life insurance policies with living benefits, including critical, chronic, and terminal illness riders.

Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

Conduct presentations, seminars, and webinars to raise awareness about living benefits.

Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners.

Provide personalized consultations and explain policy options clearly.

Stay updated on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and insurance carriers’ products.

Follow up with clients to ensure their policies continue to meet their needs.

Utilize networking, social media, and marketing strategies to generate leads.

Assist clients in the claims process if they need to access their living benefits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in life insurance sales, financial services, or related fields is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to educate and build trust with clients.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Active life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).

Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Compensation:

Compensation is commission-based, with opportunities for bonuses, renewals, and residual income based on policy sales and client retention.
