Manderley Real Estate is looking for agents, new or experienced, to contribute to their success with lead generation services and top technology tools. Your income is based on your motivation and desire to learn and grow within the company. We offer state of technology, lead generation services, high commission splits, and one-on-one and group training.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Networking and prospecting, using our proven systems and models

Make phone calls with persistence to generate appointments and educate potential clients on the market.

Accompany prospects and clients to showings.

Microsoft Office, Google docs & drive.

Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

Marketing properties

Negotiating contracts

Performing market research

Managing deal transactions

Requirements:

Real Estate license

Membership in local Realtor © board

Must have own car

Cellular phone

Prompt response to email, text, and phone calls

Superior time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-driven and motivated to invest in YOU as a brand!
