JMAT is seeking a motivated and reliable Lumber Yard Helper to join our team in Ringoes, NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the lumber and construction industry—no prior experience required!

Position Requirements:

- No experience necessary—we are willing to train the right candidate!

- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 40lbs)

- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing lumber

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude

- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable working in various weather conditions

- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
