Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

Ensure production schedules allow for thorough quality checks and compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with various departments, including operations, procurement, engineering, and quality, to ensure smooth production flow.

Utilize ERP to track and analyze production metrics.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Optimize resource utilization to achieve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Provide regular updates on production schedules, changes, and potential challenges.

Analyze customer demand patterns and collaborate with sales teams to forecast future demand
