Office Assistant
We are an established artificial turf installation and distribution company based in Secaucus, NJ looking to hire more office staff for its busy operation.
Job Description: Meeting and greeting walk in customers, handle general office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, data entry, scheduling estimates and installations, invoicing and taking payments. Assist with customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and help convert prospects into customers.
We are looking for individuals that can provide exceptional customer support, address concerns, and ensure smooth communication between customers and our installation team.
Requirements:
Friendly personality
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and CRMs
Reliable and able to work with a team
Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable working vehicle.
Hours M-F 9:00AM-6:00PM, SAT- Seasonal 9-1
