Your team sits at the heart of New Product Development (NPD), supporting the seamless introduction of innovative products to the market.Your responsibilities include:Leading and developing a team of six data professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Ensuring the accurate and timely entry of product master data into our system (Stibo STEP) across all phases of the Rituals Innovation Process.Acting as the key connector between multiple departments, including Category Management, Innovation, Sourcing, Marketing, and Supply Chain.Driving process and system improvements in collaboration with our Business Technology team to build a future-proof, scalable, and sustainable data management solution.Serving as a data ambassador, inspiring enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making across the organization.If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and love the challenge of elevating data management to the next level, this role is for you!
