Location: 3734 Gulf Street, Houston, TX 77017

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

G. Mesa Law Firm, an immigration law firm, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Legal Assistant proficient in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have experience completing immigration forms, including I-130, I-130A, I-864, I-601, I-601A, I-129F, I-212, and DS-260.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and submit immigration applications to USCIS and the National Visa Center (NVC).

-Gather supporting evidence and documentation from clients.

-Assemble application packets for USCIS and visa appointments at U.S. consulates.

-Track Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and provide clients with case status updates.
