Hiring on call wildland firefighters

- For crew or leadership positions on wildland fire engines.

- Responding to incidents in western United States, for the summer fire season, usually between July 1-Oct. 1.

- Possible advancement to leadership positions.

- Must be 18 or over with a valid ID

- Hardworking and dependable, enjoy working outside

- Able to leave on short notice, and work away from home for periods up to 14 days

- No experience necessary. All training provided

- All meals and camping provided once on assignment

- Starting at $33.66 per hr. plus overtime pay (for entry level)

- 90+ hour weeks are typical with overtime after 40 hours

- Substance free environment.
